Registration will close on 31 May.
General information
- Registration is required for all participants: presenters, attendees and accompanying visitors. There is a reduced fee for PhD students (a proof of a PhD student status will have to be uploaded at the registration stage).
- The conference fee includes the conference pack, coffee breaks, lunches, walking tour of Vilnius, welcome reception and boat trip to Trakai. It does not include the conference dinner (see below) or accommodation arrangements.
- The conference fee is set for the whole conference duration (including pre-conference workshop day) and it does not depend on the actual number of days attended.
- Conference registration and payment is arranged by card or bank transfer via the registration platform set on the webpage of the conference leading to Paysera payment system (see below).
- Dates and registration fees:
- Early-bird registration (15 March – 30 April): 320 EUR
- Early-bird registration only for PhD students (15 March – 30 April): 225 EUR
- Late registration (1-31 May): 385 EUR
- Late registration only for PhD students (1-31 May): 285 EUR
- Conference dinner and disco: 60 EUR (accompanying visitors are welcome to join the conference dinner)
- Conference registration and conference-dinner registration are not possible after 31 May.
Payment invoices and attendance certificates
Vilnius University does not issue advance payment invoices for conference fees. During payment via Paysera you will be able to indicate if you require an invoice. If required, the invoice will be automatically generated and sent to your email by Paysera after you complete the payment. If there is any problem with the invoice you receive, please get in touch with us at icame46@flf.vu.lt. Attendance certificates will be issued to all participants of the conference.
Registration process for all attendants/participants/accompanying visitors
Click the registration button below and go through the steps of the registration for the conference. Submit the registration form and an automatic email with a link to payment will be sent to the e-mail address you used for the registration. The link will lead you to Paysera payment system where you will be able to select and purchase a ticket for the registration depending on the type you require (early-bird, PhD student, etc.) and for the conference dinner.
Cancellation policy
If you wish to cancel your registration, please contact the conference organisers (). It will not be possible to accept cancelations after 31 May.
